Made this refreshing stomach          soothing juice today. I am in Love with this color & usually not a fan of carrot juice I like this one. 
Down below find the ingredients. 

Peel 3-4 carrots, peel and cut into chunks. 
Wash a handful of fresh mint leafs
Peel and mince a small piece of ginger root. [ if fresh ginger is not on hand steap a bag of Ginger tea whith the carrots] 
Place all three ingredients in a small pot, cover all with water and cook until carrots are tender. 
Remove most of the mint leaves and pour everything in a smoothie blender, Add 1-2 tblsp lemon juice and 1-2 tblsp honey to taste, enough ice to cool down mixture and blend everything. 
Enjoy ! 

Great juice for an upset stomach.
