Green Giant

Always looking of "charging - up" [ in a light way ] before my Yoga workout.  So today I came up with what I think turned out pretty yummy considering that I was out of most fruit. 

 Here the recipe:
   Juice of 1/2 a lemon
   1 tblsp Trader Joes Hemp Protein
    1 tsp of Minced ginger 
    1 tsp chia seeds
    1 cup fresh squeezed orange juice
    1 cup TJ Apple Cider
    1 tbsp fresh Parsley
    1tbsp homegrown nostortium leafes 
       [ gives it an extra little punch] 
    1 1/2 cup homegrown organic Kale 
    1/2 cup frozen organic pumpkin   
          pieces with skin for extra fiber
