Today on Dec. 6 th we celebrate St. Nikolaus [ St. Nicholas] the saint that was known to leave presents behind to the good. So in remembrance it is tradition for kids [or the ones still kid at heart ] to put out their polished boots the night before. Hopefully Saint Nikolaus left treats instead of branches.
