  homemade chocolate [chili] fudge sauce 


you need:
1 cup butter
1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 cup semisweet chocolate
2-3 cups granulated sugar
12 oz. milk
4 tablespoon flour
2 teaspoon vanilla
1 pinch of chili powder  (can be omitted)*
*your sundae just won't be as "HOT"


in a bowl whisk together all dry ingredients.
over medium heat combine milk, butter and vanilla in a pot and stir until the butter has melted. add dry ingredients to the mixture, constantly stirring. boil and don't stop stirring until the mixture thickens [about 5 min]. 
cool and refrigerate unused portion in a mason jar or recycled glass jar to reheat in water bath any time.
