BOb stands for Banana, Oats, Breakfast cookie 

Attention !
as these are the most instant  non instant TWO main INGREDIENT [ no ready cookie mix out of box used] cookies you will ever bake. 

Attention! 
Those of you who have to or want to stick to a gluten free diet * [ just make sure to purchase oats that are Gluten free and have NOT been cross contaminated]

 

You still with me ? 
Then start greasing or lining a cookie sheet with parchment paper. 
Preheat your oven to 350 F /180 C and get ready. In less then 20 min you'll have a healthy, hearty chewy cookie to bite into. 

Ready ?! To make some BOB's 

 You need :
2 ripe bananas
1 cup of oats [ if you are not using instant oats chop your oats up a bit before mixing with the bananas] 
 
Thats it ! 
Now if your like me and like your oatmeal cookies with some Extra's such as nuts, raisins and chocolate chips and maybe some spices like cinnamon * then go ahead & add the extra ingredients. Just make sure to chop things up and not add too much as the cookie will otherwise fall apart. 

* Extras: 
1/2 tsp of cinnamon
About  1/3 cup [ a small hanful] of almond slivers chopped up.
1 Tbsp of raisins  [ not chopped]

And about 1/2 cup of dark chocolate chips  [ i had a chocolate bar on hand and used half of that chopped up] 

here is what you do. It's very simple ! 

In a bowl mash up two peeled ripe bananas with a fork. 
Next add your oats and continue to mix stirring with the fork until everything is well blended. Add all your Extras! 
Mix again until all is moist.

Grease or line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.

With a teaspoon scoop up some mixture. Form into a ball  place on cookie sheet and slightly press down. 

Bake for 12-15 min 
 
Personally I like these cookies best when still warm fresh out of the oven.
