Morning power bowl

of pure goodness

You need :
• 1/3 cup tricolor organic quinoa
• 1/3 cup steelcut oats
• 1tsp organic cane sugar 
• 1tsp chia seeds
• dark chocolate to your likeing [ i love choclate so I added 1 big piece ]
• tblsp chopped almonds 
• dried cranberries
• berries of your choice to top 

Pour steel cut oats in a pot barely cover with water, stir bring to a boil then lower to medium heat and cook for about three minutes. 
Add the quinoa and cranberries & a little more water barely to cover again bring ti a simmer stir and cook the remaining 15-20 minutes. 
Now add the chocolate and the cane sugar plus chia seeds. Stir well. 
When chocolate is all melted the grains should be ready. 

Pour into a bowl top with chopped almonds and fresh blueberries.
