GREENS
I made another green smoothie by basically rading my fridge. 
It turned out SO yummy that i have to share this with you! 
Here what i threw in it. [ made a pitcher for easily 3-4 people] 
 1 banana
 About 2 cups frozen baby spinach
  1 cup of  raw Kale 
  1 handful of unsalted toasted almonds 
  Coconut water 
  3/4 coconut milk
  1-2 cups of almond milk 
   2  tsp chia seeds
